Love the Home You’re With!

Love The Home You're With

It was love at first sight. You couldn’t wait to get your keys at the closing and pass the threshold of your happily-ever-after home. The passing of time may have caused you to start looking for something new, but your home still needs you. There are times when purchasing a new home is necessary, but there are other times with it is best to love the home you’re with.

Unveiling Your 2016 Home Resolution

It’s 2016! It’s time for reflection, renewal, and resolutions. While most people make efforts to improve personally, not much attention is given to the places we spend much of our time – our homes. Do you want to sell your home, but know those needed repairs will affect your asking price? Is this your year to purchase that forever dream home, but you don’t know where to begin? Whether you’re a buyer or seller, the key to a successful home resolution is preparation.

Build your Team to Realize your Dream

Depositphotos_10290710_mRobert Frost famously wrote “good fences make good neighbors.” Equally true is the statement “great teams lead to superior real estate transactions.” Although reality television shows lead some people to think differently, buying a home in today’s market means more than doing a simple search, looking at a few houses, and choosing your “forever home.” Home buying is a delicate process that involves many moving parts. Building a specialized team of professionals will help you make a successful transition from home buyer to homeowner.

Getting Ready to Buy a Home

BIJ Part IThe thought of going through the home buying process can be overwhelming because there are so many unknowns. It requires a time commitment and trusting someone – a real estate agent – to guide you towards the home of your dreams. To ease your transition, you need to make sure you’re prepared. This preparation includes knowing what you have and knowing what you want.

Becoming More Than a Sign

MTJAS SignWhenever I put a sign in a yard, I can’t help but feel a bit of excitement. Being able to provide a service to homeowners and potential homebuyers is gratifying. Each sign represents some of the most important aspects of my business such as its name, Eden Regento, my contact information, and even how to find out more information online. In that sense, each sign not only represents my business; it represents me. I recognize that when people see my name and the name of my real estate consultancy, they will also wonder if they’ve heard of me before, how well my business is run, and if I have a good reputation in the real estate community. I’ve learned that to get the most from a sign, I have to move beyond it.

Opening Doors: An Introduction

Depositphotos_20843561_sMy relationship with all things real estate seems as natural to me as breathing. I am a second generation real estate agent and REALTOR and have been involved in real estate in some way, shape, or form since I was seven years old. As a child, I was fascinated with the all of the many styles, colors, and textures of homes inside and out. I was also able to witness the power of transformation: seeing a desolate property rehabbed into a wonderful, livable space is amazing. Being exposed to individuals and families living in every imaginable condition – from prince to pauper – gave me an awareness for people and their conditions that I continue to take to heart today.
